blessed sleep

yes, we (i) do sleep very little. and the little i sleep is broken by my 6 month old crying, the too cold or too hot temp in the room.... ect... if it would be more affordable and closer to home i would go get some REAL sleep... oh blessed sleep!

I'm gonna steal the idea !!

Body pillow, aromatherapy, calming tea to drink, soft music, a theme for deco in the room ? If everyone did this in their own homes before going to bed at a decent hour, how sleep deprived would we be then ? *yawn* I'm getting sleepy just thinking about such a nice atmosphere ! :)
