we all have a dose of willpower...there are no excuses!!!
If we don''t have willpower at the moment (when we know we should) does that mean we might suffer from a quick does of "won''t-power"? You are so right....we all know what we are doing when we are doing it!!!! And yes, we all have it in ourselves to self-talk (gr8 book) & say.....no, I won''t do this now!! We just don''t want to use our portion of willpower at that moment (when we see the chocolate bar). It''s really not a difficult concept. We can only "blame" ourselves. We do need more positive self-talk!!! Thank you Rabbi, for always sending us a clear message which reflect ourselves!!!
