I would use my last 30 seconds,to advertise again, the "GREAT THINGS" ,Jewish People ,made since the beginning of times, till today and would ask to continue doing the same,beter and beter if possible.

peace and food for everyone

Stop the fighting and try to get along whatever you believe or don't believe. Give everybody love and food in a good way and try to communicate.

anti assimilation ad

I would have an ad about assimilation of the jewish people and how it can be stopped. I would also have one that gives women alternatives to abortion.

Purpose in life

tell all the viewers of the ad to ask themselves if they feel they are fulfilling any pupose in their life at the moment. What do they want said about themselves at their funerals - they culd die any second! If theyrealise they aren't fulfilling any purpose, they're wasting their life & better find and start fulfilling a righteous purpose.

"A 30 Second Reminder"

Have no other god to set against The L-rd your G-d. Make no graven image to bow down to and worship. Do not misuse The Name of The L-rd your G-d. Keep the sabbath day holy. Honour your father and your mother. Do not commit murder. Do not commit adultery. Do not steal. Do not give false evidence. Do not covet. Love others as you would yourself.

Consumption of unnecessaries, in food and goods, directly and indirectly causes all of the world's problems today. Curb your excess to live a righteous life!

How Does One Reach a Tipsy, Fired Up Audience?

Images of Jerusalem in a very upbeat changing collage, picturing The Kotel, The City, The synagogues, Star of David on buildings, Jewish Families playing outdoors, children in schools, Servicemen hugging their families, a Wedding, A Bar Mitzvah, videos fading and out of the collage with Great music playing. Then the camera should zero in on a 'team of Rabbis", smiling walking onto a grassy area, proudly holding Torah. And the voice-over would say, The Winning Team for All Time. --------------- One Rabbi would hold up his 'we're number 1 finger' and look into the camera saying "I'M GOING TO ISRAEL" Come Home! ------------------------------------------------------------------------- (if this is in poor taste I apologize) I missed most of the Ads this year.. A serious message would have to be subliminal, and Very Edgy to capture the viewers attention span and for them to understand the message. That is why ad men get the big bucks.

Do Something For Someone Else -- And Pay It Forward

If everyone did something to help their neighbor, and committed an act of selflessness and kindness each time they were helped by another, there would be a great positive outpouring and the entire world would be uplifted. This would make the world a better place. I would have the cleverest advertising people working on this message.

I also would like to spend 30 seconds recommending viewers to see a list pro-Israel websites (of course, aish.com/HR) that would have a big impact on the world's opinion on Israel. The web sites should be legitimate, factual based, and seen objectively, such as: What the Old City of Yerushalayim and the West Bank looked like before the State of Israel existed, the causes of Israel's successful victories of Israeli-Arab wars, victims of Islamic terror speakers, as well as the country's development, advancement and contribution to the world. All it takes is 30 seconds for people to open their eyes, minds and hearts to Israel and all Jews.

My Ad: Let's Pray for a SUPER Day - Every Day !

There is only one Super Bowl Sunday a year, but every day can have something super about it. So, I would like an ad which encourages everyone to pray for a SUPER day, every day. We pray morning, afternoon and evening, every day. We ask Hashem for blessings for ourselves and for others. Give me the 3 million dollars for the ad and let's do the ad. In the meantime: have a SUPER day...Thanks / Harry

I hadn't read any comments before I posted mine. However, Beverly and I are definitely thinking along the same lines. Her "virus" suggestion is clever, and I vote for that one!

No really, give us something challenging

Well, Rabbi, you've laid out quite an assignment. I'm not sure how I would say the following, but my message would be for the rest of the world to wake up to the (completely unimaginable to most of us) grotesque human rights violations that the Muslim world foists upon themselves and others. I'm no radical, but the parallels between nazism and strict Islam are identical in many ways. What frightens me most in this world is how many intelligent and educated people will condemn Israel to death (literally and figuratively) yet ignore horrendous crimes such as the poor Turkish girl who was buried alive for (gasp!) talking to boys (only the latest Islamic tidbit in the news). How on EARTH can people who claim to be proponents for human rights ignore situations like that and instead blast Israel for trying to keep murderers out of her country? Rocket science is easier to figure out than that.

7 Noachide commandments

the majority of the viewers will not be Jewish so i think that the seven commandments prefaced by the story of the creation is about right, the need for the creation story is because they need to know why they should keep the seven Noachide commandments

Virus Attack

Attention the world: A deadly virus is attacking us as this airs. Peace loving people close their eyes as if it was a joke, as if it doesn’t affect them in the least. Yet it has already caused the deaths of thousands. Soon it will take the lives of hundreds of thousands if not millions. The virus I refer to is called by many names, but it causes those infected with it to scream Allah Akbar before chopping heads off.

the israel story

Thirty seconds obviously is not enough to tell the Israel story because your film was more than that and yet it was not completely understandable. So I'd give only a short message which would raise curiosity and then advertise a link to a more lengthy version giving a fully picture.

In a nutshell

When an ignorant person approached Hillel and asked him to teach him the entire Torah while standing on one foot, Hillel replied,"Ve'ahavta l'reiacha kamocha"- love your friend as much as you love yourself- that is the entire Torah. The rest is just commentary. That is a great 30-second message.

Love your fellow and Ahavat Yisrael message in 30 seconds

I would spend those seconds on a message about how to love your fellow. That's something the world needs to remember...that we're all connected, we're all human and there should not be so much fighting between us. It would maybe a video of Israeli Defense Force hero, Roni Klein who gave his life to save his fellow soldiers against an enemy grenade. Something to show the value in serving the G-d of Israel and being a part of Israel, and something also to show the truth about Israel in the middle-east conflict.
