TMay, thanks for the feedback. However, it was rather slanted. I've never heard of the left attempting to legislate repeal of the 2nd amendment. The only thing I heard was legislation on whether to reduce the amount of rounds when it comes to owning a gun. Having 30 rounds to shoot something or a crowd of people is unreasonable, especially for civilian use. And, contrary to what the right says about Obama taking our guns - and fishing rods away, I haven't heard him say anything like that. He is hardly a liberal or progressive since he has caved a lot to the Republicans - that's why we don't have a public option. The right in America claims they stand for freedom, yet they don't want an option for their freedom, particularly when it comes to health care? I understand that even Israel has more nationalized health care than the US does, even for the Palestinians. The US is the biggest for-profit health care system in the world. And, regulation does NOT mean a gov't takeover of something, which worked so well in the 1950's and 1960's. Granted, the US has good health care, it's all too often for those who can afford it, unless they are on Medicare past the age of 65. You may have heard some tea partiers scream, "no gov't takeover of my Medicare" which is clearly contradictory. All in all with the health care front, it was primarily to try and regulate the health insurance industry from discriminating against those with pre-existing conditions which is really NOT a gov't takeover of health care. I know in other nations including Israel health care is a lot less expensive than what is paid in the US since Americans all too often pay more and get less in return and health insurance corporations take in more than they give out...As for Sarah Palin, she has been a very polarizing figure - not to mention that she has quit being the AK gov. and lost the presidential race with McCain. She has hardly accomplished anything other than her looks, speeches and dividing America.

See -Barry Rubin Rubin Reports Tucson Shootings, Blood Libels and Those who Perpetuate Them why Jews do not mind Sarah's use of the words 'blood libel'. -The Dem party had a similar webpage as Sarah's and instead of cross-hairs, they had bull's eyes on the states in contest. See -See "The picture above shows John Kerry being interviewed by Bill Maher in October of 2006 on the HBO show Real Time. "Video on the ongoodmove blog, Kerry says: "Maher: You could have went to New Hampshire and killed two birds with one stone. Kerry: Or, I could have gone to 1600 Pennsylvania and killed the real bird with one stone.”" As A Coulter says: "The Left wants to ban the metaphor." That is because they are totalitarians and they really want to control peoples' speech, lightbulbs, heat, healthcare, and every facet of our lives. The 2nd Amend is not the only right they want to end. The end justifies the means. They are willing to sacrifice truth to achieve their goal, utter and complete power. They do it with Israel, with the USA, with George Bush, etc, with Sarah Palin, mainly because she is so very attractive on so many different levels. There is no coherent reason to hate her so much and it is just part of the ad hominem attacks of "HATE FROM THE LEFT" against her and she is experiencing death threats from the Left. Just as they did with Pres Bush she is made out to be "dumb" and so hateful that it "goes without saying" why she deserves to be hated to much. When it "goes without saying to hate", why don't you question it? The Left wants to end Talk Radio because they don't control it like they control all else. It is a ploy. The Left says "We're good, they're bad." Not so. They are very morally confused. The Left are the religious Zealots.

did you also hear that a week after his new found success the police escorted him and his daughter to the police station for getting into a fight? or how he is starting rehab?.....he didnt work for what he got- it was a matter of luck that someone taped him and the recording fell into the right hands- he had absolutely nothing to do with it....and that my friend is ABSOLUTELY NOT inspirational...

the news and 2nd chances

Since the news is all too often negative such as when that tea party mob last year screamed and heckled that homeless man with Parkinson's telling him, "you get nothing for free here, you have to work for everything you get" while throwing small pieces of money at him...Also, since Sarah Palin is continually in the news, when she responded to her sentiments that likely led to the shooting in Arizona last weekend as she displayed on the web a map with bullet crosshairs to "take out" Democratic politicians in different districts across the US and then took it down shortly after the shooting, when she made that 8-min. web video a few days ago, she offered no real apology and accused the media of putting her under a "blood libel" which upset several Jewish groups (I haven't seen's response yet on her mentioning being a victim of blood libel)...As for me personally when it comes to getting a 2nd chance, a few years ago, I made several unnecessary calls to my supervisor where I work that were really non-emergencies, where she was tempted to no longer employ me, but since I was involved with my state's dept. of rehab services for employment, we worked it out and detailed a strategy to minimize contacts to my supervisor such as contacting her mostly by e-mail, preferably on Fridays. So, that's probably the best 2nd chance I got when it comes to maintaining my job, and I have been working at this job for almost 4 years now.

G-ds House

Our G-d has been homeless for nearly 2 centuries. What are we doing about it? Have we improved our ways to welcome G-d back home? Where is HE to call home? If G-d had a home we would not have homeless people. Get the picture?
