September 11, 2001 a day which will live in infamy for the tragic events that took place in New York, Washington and Pennsylvania, but we all lost that day. Whether we lost someone in those events that day or not we lost a bit of freedom. The men and women who are now overseas fighting I for sure can't thank you enough for your service. Ten years later the memorials on this day are a comfort and we must not ever forget the events of 2001 and remember.

Personal Reflections Of Lower Manhattan-9/11
Personal Reflections Of Lower Manhattan-9/11 Revisited 2010
By D.K Milgrim-Heath©2010
Personal reflections of lower Manhattan -9/11 revisited 2010-
Brought me to tears of deep sorrow as I watched live coverage yesterday-then.
Watching those loved one's name being relived live on TV-
I felt the sadness as fresh as in 2001 that stirred up feeling for me.
Watching the news coverage with terrorists taking the blame-
That sullied forever the western world the Islamic religion's in shame.
To think millions of people stood one upon the WTC towers free as me-
Before 9/11/2001 ended innocent lives that never needed to be.
Seeing the innocents jumping out of burning building in death's shocking grasp-
I cried with extreme horrors standing watching all then I needed my best friend's loving clasp.
Truly a photographic memory one never will forever forget-
It doesn't matter how the days start forever nor years the sun will rise and set.
Eighteen months before I took photos of the Manhattan skyline with the Twin Towers standing-
That came out so beautiful on that clear memorable day so prominent really so commanding.
Today after nine years after 9/11 I feel still as proud-
To have had enjoyed the beautiful Twin Towers being my memory has allowed.
Even though I lost no one in the burning towers aftermath-
Being 2010- I feel still the original news as raw as it traveled on going's news covering's path.
At present seeing any photos or wall posters of the Twin Towers I get depressed and quietly cry-
As I'll forever live my country's worst attack of terrorism in my mind that will never die.
Now being ten years later as I write this line-
A newer line saying terrotism has became a world menace and that's not at all fine.
Will terrorism ever stop and let the world finally be-
A peaceful place for all of humanity?

Lump in throat
Of all of the videos I've viewed about 9/11, this is the one that is the most dignified and moving; it was hard to stop the tears streaming down my face. I'm not that easily moved; this moved me. Thank you.
