Jews and the Medal of Honor
It should be noted that Tibor is one of only two living Jewish recipients of the Medal of Honor; the other being Col. Jack Jacobs who received his MOH for action during the Vietnam War. Since Tibor's story is one of blatant anti-Semitism, one has to wonder how many other Jewish servicemen were denied our nation's highest award due to their religious adherence. Hundreds of Jews were awarded the DSC and the Silver Star in WWII and the following conflicts. Is it reasonable to believe that there are those among that number who should have been considered for the MOH? What is being done about it?

Excellent archive to have!
BUT it raises many questions about the Americans around him and what should be the consequences - even after 55 years!
If Tibor was able to be credited with a medal after 55 years, then his Sargeant or commanding officer(s) should also be accountable for their actions

Love this man, what a hero, what a sad and disgusting
Sargent he had, but to God's Glory he came out ahead in spite
of the prejudice of his Sargent. He saved many lives and survived against all odds both in Korea and in Germany.
My deceased brother was a Korean War Veteran.

Surely it is impossible not to be moved by this story. This man is a role model whose story should continue to be told.

Extremely moving and inspirational. Here is one of very few men (or women) that should be feted down the "Canyon of Heroes".
