it's good if you have a chance to do so
I'm sure it's good if you have time to do so. I challenge you to find an employer who wouldn't get upset with workers for napping even during your lunch time, I know that I would be called lazy if I would do it during my lunch break. And at the end of the day one is so tired it's hard to sleep.

Taking a break
Dear Rabbi Salomon,
Your comments about taking a break is true. I make sure to try my best and schedule my day around MINCHA.
I try to take a break and get away from work just to daven mincha with a minyan. That truely is one of my daily highlights - The problem is that I get so busy, I do not always get to daven with the same minyan, but I try!
