...and I went to Penn State.

I totally agree with you Rabbi!! There never should have been a statue to Coach Paterno. The esteem of Penn State or any institution of higher learning ought not to be based on football or any sport. There are important measures of organizational esteem, football isn't one of them.

My husband has a ticket and plans to travel with others from the Washington, DC area to the Siyum Hashas.
