You have rightly pointed out what we as good parents usually try to do... Talking out and trying to distract the hurt feelings instead of enabling the children to name it face it and come out of it. Thanks for that tip.

The msg is most beneficial to frustrated and tired parents. I see great promise in this thoughtful way of handling upset children
