No transfats please
Your website is absolutely marvellous with something for everyone, your recipes piqued my interest, but i am surprised to see transfats a.k.a. margarine in your recipes. Today it is being banned and it can easily be substituted with oil or other ingredients. during the Holidays we eat so much many more dishes, the least we can do is make them lighter. Please get rid of the transfats. Wishing your readership a happy and healthy and meaningful New Year.

Broccoli kugel
I'm not sure if it's an error or not but I have made the broccoli kugel several times and it certainly does not require a cup of mayonnaise. A tablespoon is more than adequate and the eggs can be separated so that by making a snow you can make the recipe that much lighter. Other than that it's a very tasty recipe. Thank you for giving these recipes on your website. I really enjoy all that you do.

I loved the comedy video
I read this first thing in the morning when it is hard to think let alone laugh. It was a great start of the day; a great laugh at the video. Thanks
