very true

This outstanding video provides a beautiful reason that rings true about our recital of Vidui on Yom Kippur. Has-hem does care about every nuance of our actions, and our recital of vidui ten times takes us more in depth each time into the nuance of our negative actions and causes of our negative actions.

This video was excellent! Perhaps the lesson this associate learned was that one should work smarter as opposed to working harder. Was he treated shabbily by the senior partners? Of course he was. However, if he learned something from this traumatic experience then it was not wasted. Sometimes we operate according to what we THINK our bosses, spouses, etc. want without checking to see if our perceptions are accurate. Yes, in the workplace we always need to see if what we are doing is in alignment with what our boss wants us to be doing.

and G-d does care

And to add on in response to Rahel's comment, G-d does care, and He did care about that young lawyer, but we just dont know the whole story bec Charlie Harary was only bringing in a tiny bit of the mans story to teach us a lesson, but you are right that it could seem like G-d is leading him on for 10 yrs for nothing, but actually G-d cares about him and every person more than we can ever imagine, and there is a reason that man had to go though that, we dont know the reason, maybe he learnt the valuable lesson of life from it which later on in life helped him out, or maybe something else good came from it. we dont know. but garanteed there was a reason, G-d is taking care of every single one of His children
