The Shofar blast on Yom Kippur is symbolic for many reasons, such as how it represents belief, celebration, and hope.
The Yom Kippur fast lasts for a total duration of 25 hours. It begins just before sundown on the evening preceding Yom Kippur and it ends after nightfall on the day of Yom Kippur itself. The fast includes both the daytime and nighttime hours, as it creates a comprehensive and intense period of self-reflection and spiritual connection.
