listening to this, it hit me. the taste of freedom is not the fancy foods of the meal. the freedom is to choose to follow G-d and eat the matzo and bitter herbs. This, I think is G-d's lesson to us: are we happy/willing to follow Him with the bitterness and, let's face it, dry, tasteless bread, or do we just want to complain. For we see when we follow Him with the bitterness we come into the Promise Land.
