Cool Passover Video
I found this additional video that's similar. Check it out.
April 5, 2012 3:39 PM
This is probably the most charming Exodus story I've ever seen. I'm expecting a grandson soon and I'm going to save this for him so he can see it when he's old enough. Lovely!
April 5, 2012 2:26 PM
Facebook does have it's perks
I'm not a facebook person, but if it's good enough for Moses, oI can gie it a try. You can never have too many friends. Of course you don't necessarily get to really know many of them, but it's nice to have the connection. It does have its perks. I'll mule it over. In the mean time, I saw this video last year, and I still love it. It's very original. You have some very talented people working at Aish. Kol Hakovod and Good Yom Tov.
April 6, 2012 6:42 AM
Actually, you can make great friends on fb, and can get to know us as closely as you wish. Its also a great way to keep up with family and friends and classmates. Meeting new friends is one of the joys of facebook. You will love it.

March 31, 2012 2:40 PM
This is very interesting and exhilarating, presented in modern analogy. Am sure our kids would love it, as it retells the story using sms, email, chat, and facebook formats-the current mode of communication.

I will share this friends, especially computer geeks.
March 30, 2012 2:52 PM
I enjoyed it too but your sharp-eyed computer geek friends might pick up on Pharaoh's email address, according to which Egypt was a department of the US government... (firstname.lastname@example.org would have been more correct)
March 29, 2012 10:25 PM
This video rocks!!! Whoever made this must really be a facebook lover!!!
March 28, 2012 6:32 PM
It doesn't get any better! Thanks Aish Hatorah! You all don't leave a stone unturned when you tell a story and always make it fun to hear, easy to remember and very entertaining!

Have a very happy and kosher Pesach!
March 25, 2012 10:10 PM

meybe Moses had facebook
March 19, 2012 8:50 PM
Ha Ha Ha
Wow. I find it very funny that Moshe has Facebook and Google accounts. If you make a sequel, could he have an Aish.com account too?
March 18, 2012 2:36 PM
Moshe Rabbenu was in facebook. All the then world power had Moshe's miracles and fame, and fear of G-d of Israel griped them.Wasn't that, even more than facebook?
March 18, 2012 1:54 PM
Laughing on the inside :-)
Guys, you left out Wikipedia and Aish.com. Moses has to do a lot of research and he still needs to consult the older Jewish Sages on a regular basis. ;-)
March 14, 2012 10:42 PM
It would be cool if Moses had facebook!!!!!
I wonder, if Pharaoh had he would most likely break his iphone.
Why? because he will be mad that Moses for sending him and his people many plaques

May 12, 2011 4:07 PM
Genius! More, more!
May 10, 2011 8:53 PM
Dayanu, Bayou Style
Not only do I dig Mo texting G-d from his I-phone, but you gotta like the jazz version of Dayanu lol.
May 8, 2011 5:42 PM
Then and now, the reality.
Just imagine if Mo came down from the mountain and held up a CD and said, "Here's the 50,000 commandments." Would there be anything we could or could not do? Great clip. Was LOL crossing the Red Sea.

Torah? You mean Ten Commandments?
I'm pretty sure that last scene with the Sinai Facebook event should be "Let's get the Ten Commandments!" instead of "Let's get the Torah!"... But funny and great overall.

We all know that Moses and G_d don't need any electronic Face book, because to the Lord Almighty "every face is an open book" :))).
April 23, 2011 8:18 PM

I am so proud of Moses that he was successful without all of the modern day acoutrements, but they sure would have come in handy. What about a plague of computer viruses?

April 19, 2011 6:38 AM
It went by so fast I couldn't read all the clever details, like Pharaoh's address. Wish I could see it in slow motion.
April 19, 2011 10:40 PM
It's nice to have the freedom to pause and appreciate it.
Since it's a utube video, you can hit the play and pause buttons to stop the action and see more details - quite the Cliff Notes version of the Exodus [ :-)
April 21, 2011 4:36 PM
to slow it down
Hi Sydney. I had the same problem. Just click on the go or the pause button to stop the video and read the details, then click again to go.
April 19, 2011 4:52 AM

I suppose that he would be able to facebook
America for help.
April 17, 2011 3:32 PM
Suggestion for Moses
I got a kick out of the Passover video, but I have one comment. Maybe Moses could have gotten the Pharoh's attention faster if he had sent a plague of computer viruses
Throughout the land of Egypt.
April 17, 2011 2:48 PM
Red Sea - street view - says it all.
Cute integration of modern screen media with historical events. Good demonstration that excessive speed can threaten significance. Something for us to keep in mind today. Nonetheless, much enjoyed the Red Sea in street view - for which we have to thank movie animators of 40 or 50 years ago.
April 17, 2011 10:53 AM
I send it to all my friends I love it! Chag Pesach Sameach from Amsterdam!!
April 17, 2011 10:43 AM

April 15, 2011 10:35 PM
Too Fast but Too Funny!
Yeah, it's a little quick, hence, my third time watching it! But the humor is absolutely amazing and I love th clicking sound effects....you know, if it was slower, it wouldn't have the same "instant, nowadays" affect.
April 15, 2011 10:05 PM
This was very entertaining as well as informative. I think everybody should see this video to gain a greater understanding of the distant past, the past and the current situation facing us today.
April 15, 2011 9:08 PM
Very well done..really enjoyed the humor..
April 15, 2011 7:40 PM
To those who think the site moves too quickly....
See it again.....and CLICK ON THE MOVING CURSOR TO
STOP THE MOVEMENT.... Or.....be religious and watch it for
April 15, 2011 7:15 PM
the funniest video i have seen in ages! i've watched it 3 times to catch all the extras like "People who bought plagues also bought lice...boils.." AISH once again manages to be topical and interesting as well as religious.
April 15, 2011 6:54 PM

Modern day Faroah
May Tutu, the UNHRC , Ban Moon, Goldstone, all enjoy the 10 plagues.
Then the Jews can celebrate a modern day Passover.

April 15, 2011 3:08 PM

April 15, 2011 2:51 PM
very very good
I thought the first portion = with the world condemming Israel was SUPERB!
April 20, 2011 7:31 PM
D'accord re: "world condemns Israel". Excellent humor through out. Kol hakavod to all who worked on this media.
April 15, 2011 1:04 PM
I think it was great! Loved it. For those who find it too quick - pause/rewind/rewatch.
April 15, 2011 7:59 AM
It's quick because that's life today...
Brilliant. The pace reflects how we live; it's just right. (So you go back and watch it again. It's worth it.) My favorite laugh: Number of first-born club members receding to 0. I would've added a second "S" to "desert," followed by a backspace deletion, but then again, the darn thing is perfect as-is. I LOVED it. Thanks for the delight.
April 15, 2011 6:52 AM
A clever idea but too faST TO BE ABSORBED PROPERLY. sLOW IT DOWN
April 15, 2011 4:39 AM
Very Clever - Chag Kasher Vesamayach to Klal Yisrael
At :31 Translations available in only 59 languages -- shouldn't there be 70?
At 1:34 "No time for baking, grab the matzah" via Twitter is dated Feb 6 -- shouldn't date be later? Say, April 1 or 13 Nisan?
April 15, 2011 4:12 AM
Hilarious! A bit slower please.
April 15, 2011 2:56 AM
The most clever and amazing 2 minute video I have ever seen.
I do wish it would go a bit slower so I could have a chance to read all the the clever remarks!
April 15, 2011 1:11 AM
a laugh a minute-just what we needed to help get ready f/Pesach
I kept watching it over & over again.
Kept pausing to catch all the clever details.
Continue with your great work !!
April 14, 2011 8:45 PM
haha! i love it! make more!
April 14, 2011 8:17 PM
That would be funny!
That would be very funny. To even think of that is interesting because Moses is so old fashioned and now that we have computers, you would never think of Moses to have one. Now, granted he's dead, but if he were alive and well, he probably would have one. Either a facebook or a twitter!!
April 14, 2011 8:12 PM
who is the creator of this so awesome!!! thank you!!
April 14, 2011 8:09 PM
Excellent, but too fast.
Enjoyed it very much. Shared it with many friends. How could I slow it down at least 50 percent?

This clip makes me so proud to be Jewish. The high tech used to retell the story that has formed the Nation of the Jewish people. Is it beyond some peoples imagination that Moses wouldn't of used the Internet, if it existed in his time? Sure he would of, no different than we do, using the new tech to spread the word of God. I love the speed of it, it correlates with our fast pace life we live in. The most important message parts are slower, you get the point of the message. Was perfect for the mood I'm in for this Passover. I watch it everyday first thing in the morning to jump start my day for the Holidays. Thanks for producing such up-to-date material, that can be relatable today as it was back then. Happy Passover!

sort of like those history for dummies books... not bad. the guys that made it deserve a bonus1
April 14, 2011 2:00 PM
I thought it was really great and funny! I would have appreciated if you made it a little slower. I also noticed that in the beginning he was using a PC and towards the end he starts using a Mac. Overall it was very good!

Very funny & great detail work!
The details are great! (Hit the pause button to read them.) CNN Headline: "Possible ban on straw." Facebook: "Moses and Jethro are now friends." (But wouldn't Moses have gotten a better price on frogs if he shopped eBay?)
As for the CNN Headline, "Pharaoh Enslaves Jews; World Leaders Condemn Israel" (at timestamp 0:06), I guess not much has changed in 4000 years!

I hope your video inspires a fun and meaningful Pesach for all who see it!
If Moshe Rabbeinu had had a Seychel-Phone, it might have sped up our deliverance from bondage.
If we had today's technology at the the Exodus, we could have guaranteed that everyone sang the right words to The Song at the Sea by texting them to everyone.
Want to eat the Paschal lamb and walk out of Egypt with all its gold and treasures? There's an app for that.
Great video, great idea - clever and well executed. I hope it gets 12 million hits on JewTube. Yasher Koach, and Chag Sameach!

Moses' tweets: "Got pharaoh to let us go, #epicwin"

the google exodus video was excellent, but too short.
I liked the video but it was just a little too short. Our sedars are so muck longer and have more passion.

April 10, 2011 4:02 PM
if moses was on facebook
I am usually a fan of your videos.. This time I was extremely dissapointed. I think the video made a mockery of something Holy-a basic belief of the jewish nation was turned into a"comedy".
April 10, 2011 6:42 PM
Get A Cents of Humor!!
Can you afford that! LOL
April 10, 2011 4:00 PM
on the WEB
what IF Moses came back?
What IF we all came back?
I love this little video.
We're all on the WEB these days, as deeply, as interconnected, as it gets. And WEB is also for sweet Charlotte and EB White's children's book.
Life is truly, a Webbed FEAT.
Isn't it, just, DUCKY?

Reverance for G-d?
That's the only thing about it...I was wondering about the "reverence for G-d" when He did this amazing thing on behalf of His chosen people.
April 10, 2011 1:51 PM
Outstanding. Simply fantastic greeting. Happy Passover to you as well. And thank you to the people who created this amazing video.
April 10, 2011 1:20 PM
Google Exodus TURNED ME OFF !!!
This is a very clever video, BUT it trivializes Pesach observance. So, perhaps this is a great lesson. Our instant everything high tech world can wipe out the experience of Torah observance IF we take it the wrong way... It surprises me that other people commenting on this video are not picking up on this, too... When we celebrate the Exodus at Pesach, we are not to observe it in a DETACHED way. That is the way of the EVIL SON. We should try to feel that we actually lived through it ourselves...In fact, we are to remember the Exodus ALL the days of our lives...Each of us has his or her own struggles, our own enslavement. Collectively, we are still enslaved in Golos. So, I think you for bringing this to my attention, in this novel video. La Shana Haba... Harry
April 10, 2011 3:37 PM
I thought I was the only one who saw that as I watched the video.
While we could use humor, we should also realize our suffering during that time and that is what we are paying tribut to. Sivya....Jewish
April 10, 2011 4:59 PM
I agree with you 1001%
April 13, 2011 6:15 AM
trivializes pesach observance?! how many Jews know what pesach is these days, and/or adhere to its observance!?! Thank goodness for videos like this that remind us Jews that passover is around the corner, and its a special time for the Jewish people. How can you celebrate pesach in a "non-detached" way, when the majority of the Jewish world wont be at a proper sedar?! perhaps that's the answer as to why we ARE STILL IN GALUS. Instead of these negative comments, try to do something that will TURN SOMEONE ELSE ON, and not knock down others already succeeding in doing so.
April 10, 2011 12:10 PM
PLEASE WATCH THIS
THIS WAS GREAT!! I LOVED IT,,YOU WILL REALLY APPRECIATE IT IF YOU ARE OF THE JEWISH HERITAGE..PLEASE EVERYONE WATCH IT, PASS IT ALONG & LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK OF IT
April 10, 2011 1:05 PM
Same old victimization claptrap
CNN title is the same one used every time Israel bombs Gaza or builds yet another illegal, immoral settlement. Where are the Hebrew prophets when we need them? Often killed in ancient times, nowadays run down by an Israeli tank.
April 10, 2011 5:33 PM
it's called Irony, you loon!
You know - where a horrible act is afflicted on people in a school, a pizza parlor or asleep in their beds and ghouls like you (and folks with your world-view) condemn the victims, and exalt the perpetrators.
April 10, 2011 5:50 PM
Same old victimization claptrap indeed!
Mark: Talk about the pot calling the kettle black. Your summary applies to YOU!

Your Passover Video from AISH.com
I can't quite explain it, but it made me cry - real tears. Somehow, underneath the jazzy, upbeat music and the very witty graphics, I felt my heart engaged. The real Passover story continues to reverberate into the present, and far on, into the unknown future of the still tumultuous Middle East. Thank you so very much for creating this timely video!
April 10, 2011 5:06 AM
this is great!!!!

Moses’ Facebook Answers From God Respectfully
He asks God to let his people go you see. God tells Moses things while teaching him lessons that are fair- Such lessons are learned successfully by Moses/our people everywhere. The Passover story with Moses’ and God’s Facebook twist is entertaining- All the rites of Passover are discussed nothing lacking is pertaining! Showing us the knowledge that Moses’ via Facebook could know-
This Aish twist I do love so very much so. It’s great for people who love their Facebook news- That need their ‘Facebook fix’ seeing this how can they refuse?
Can this be permanent for Aish’s education for the annual Passover holiday?
So viewers can enjoy it again and again in every way.

April 9, 2011 5:37 PM

maybe a good time to think about letting the people of palestine have their land back.
April 10, 2011 1:50 AM
The people of Palestine have been the Jews for thousands of years. Look at a map...Israel is a tiny piece of land,7 million people, surrounded by many large Arab Muslim countries, 1.5 Billion people, who are bent on killing and wiping Israel from the face of the earth. IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN!
April 9, 2011 4:54 AM
I love it! Great....great.. great..great....!

Great video; make it a little slower!
April 9, 2011 1:10 AM
not even funny
this is the most rediculous thing i have seen. its an insult to God.
April 13, 2011 6:06 AM
i think its an insult to G-d that 90% of Jews don't know what shabbat is. so before you slam something as an 'insult to G-d' dont harp on the people trying to change that. DO SOMETHING!
April 9, 2011 12:26 AM
That was incredibly creative. I loved it and am forwarding to all my Jewish friends

April 8, 2011 10:05 PM
This is BRILLIANT!
My friend linked it to me on FB, but I only now got over to see it. GREAT WORK!
April 8, 2011 8:39 PM
One view isn't dayenu!
No matter how many times I see this, there's always something delightful to discover. For instance, at 1:02, check out who's selling the frogs.
Kol hakavod! I could watch this over and over, and not catch all the goodies.
April 8, 2011 8:32 PM
Very Amusing If Moses Had Facebook Video
Very creative and amusing vid that made me chuckle; timely right before Passover.
April 8, 2011 8:23 PM
could this be slowed down?
this is great but really fast, should have a speed control
April 8, 2011 8:15 PM
A PROFOUND DISPLAY OF LACK OF CHASHEVUS HATORAH
April 10, 2011 1:10 PM
you should not be wasting your time or on the internet
April 8, 2011 7:32 PM
How different the bible would be if the internet existed when it was written.
April 8, 2011 6:32 PM
Very clever! Except it was the Sea of Reeds, not the Red Sea...
April 8, 2011 6:03 PM
Yes, paused every second to read what was on the page. What work went into this, to the very last details. Very impressed!
Jim the Baptist,
April 8, 2011 5:53 PM
What a hoot!
This was funny, slick and very entertaining to someone who is a student of the Pentateuch . I was led to this site by a friend of mine. What a delight it has been to wander thru all of the interesting topics and read about things I have been drawn to all my life. There is something special about the Jewish culture, the nation of Israel and Judaism in general. As a small boy growing up in a rural southern community, I was taught in Sunday School that Jews are chosen people and that the U.S. should never turn our backs on the nation of Israel.
April 8, 2011 5:15 PM
Great one !
I love it big time ! Kudos and more kudos to whoever made this video; I forwarded it to several friends- everyone reported having a good laugh :-) I , for one, can use a light diversion shortly before Pesach while digging out the crumbs...

April 8, 2011 2:54 PM
Moses would have had a very busy time on his computer communicating to all of those he was in charge of. He was a very busy man, but he let God instruct him - best reliable communication a person could ever have. Never have to worry about a power failure there!
April 8, 2011 1:58 PM
I thought that I am not Religious, but I must be part of the chosen people
I am 83, I survived Auschwitz, Buchenwald, Liberated in Theresinstadt on Armistice day after a 4 weeks Transport, if this is not mirracle, what is, Oh I forgot I spent 3 years in hospital after Theresine, I worked and Studied all my life, (Phisical work) We all must believe in Him and in ourself.

April 8, 2011 5:14 AM
Good for you
This is so awesome and clever. Some people don't like jews because they are jealous of their wit and ability to keep inventing, creating and being blessings to the nations. Good for you.
April 9, 2011 5:48 PM
I admire you
I admire you because you are able to "play" with your religion.
You are a great people!

April 8, 2011 3:39 AM
we are a funny people--while we live
israel must live--nothing moe...nothing less. if the arabs keep fighting for their freedom none will remain as they have no idea what they are fighting for nor does an end game exist.so how does one deal with such people?
April 8, 2011 3:10 AM
Where can I download a copy of the backing music? Who's the band?
April 8, 2011 3:09 AM
Very enjoyable! I just had to watch it twice. Thank you.

April 8, 2011 2:08 AM
Great!...BTW guys, ever hear of the pause button?
This is hilarious.
For those of you who thought it was two fast, I've got a hint - there's this thing called pause - look down the bottom of the video, two vertical lines - yeah that. Click on it. :)
"Maybe" attending his sister's tambourine party? LOL.

April 8, 2011 12:10 AM
Made my day!
Grea! Great! What fun! Kudos to your briliiant mind for creating such. A bit too fast, though. It surely made my day!
April 8, 2011 12:02 AM
Excellent. Wonderfully creative.
Too fast to read, absorb & appreciate fully. Would be much better if it were slower. Otherwise superb!
April 7, 2011 11:57 PM
Witty, outstanding but could run a little more slowly.
Running it a little more slowly would make it easier to absorb since the clip is so enjoyable (and educational as well).
April 7, 2011 11:35 PM
I loved it!
April 7, 2011 11:12 PM
Cecil B. DeMille would be proud.
Terrific creative, funny and clever, guaranteed to make you smile!
April 7, 2011 10:24 PM
the internet sure helps make exodus accessible!
Very funny and very well done--one of the most clever and
imaginative things I've seen--it would be good if it were slower--
as it has so many hilarious bits I'd like to have been able to read
better--especially for kids.
April 7, 2011 11:03 PM
moses did not need any ones help he got as close to god as a person could get with out dieing get real
April 8, 2011 11:37 AM
I think the same ... but I also would like to have it slowlier ... so for foreigners as me as well. (I looked it twice - but whilst looking it for the second time was stopping again and again - and even repeating little parts ... but it's worth my while, I kept smiling and laughing all the time.
Be blessed &
April 7, 2011 10:14 PM

hugely entertaining, especially outstanding soundtrack.
April 7, 2011 9:51 PM
too fast though, too quick to absorb. pls make the next one slower
April 8, 2011 1:07 AM
re: too fast
I agree: too fast for my 50 year-old brain, but my 15 year-old son who grew up in the age of computers can follow along just fine. Chag Kasher v'Sameach!
April 8, 2011 3:32 AM
Picked up a little more each time through :-)
So fast... True. Watch it again and get what you missed. This sparked wonderful questions from the kids and launched some great discussions. Todah Aish

Just wonderful. So much fun and so cleaver.
April 7, 2011 8:37 PM
Oy vey! Wish it was slower so I could have read it all.
April 7, 2011 8:35 PM
The future of history has just pulled in -- reductio ad absurdam
April 7, 2011 8:19 PM
Is there any way to present the story so it doesn't sound so childish??/
April 7, 2011 8:55 PM
I don't think it's meant to be a serious textual analysis of the Book of Exodus- it's just a light-heartened piece. What's wrong with that?
April 7, 2011 9:12 PM
The whole point is to tell the story TO our children...so, childish is the best way, plus it is humorous. Go study the haggadah, the Torah, etc. and there you will find it not so childish.
My teenagers are not home yet - but they are going to eat this up. And that is the idea... When you are telling a story for 2,000years, you have to find ways to spice it up.
April 7, 2011 7:59 PM
Exceeeeeelent presentation,nice job done.
April 7, 2011 7:54 PM
very nice indeed and amusing .
April 7, 2011 7:48 PM

April 7, 2011 7:43 PM

So clever!! Really enjoyed it... forwarded it to all my friends & even my Rabbi
April 7, 2011 6:05 PM
absolutely brilliant. not only for the Jewish market, I think it will be an international hit: expect to see it on the major networks soon: shows how we Jews have a great sense of humour and even when we are being missiled and threatened with nuclear genocide and blamed for the lack of world peace, we sit down and make ourselves laugh to celebrate our festivals. Noone can get us down, EVER!!!!
Paul ~ Santa Rosa Ca.,

Its a great video clip
Just to say thanks indeed for the video clip.
April 7, 2011 5:17 PM
sure would be nice if this was slower so I could get all the cleverness.
April 7, 2011 5:17 PM
I agree with William. I think it is way past time for not just Israel but the world to take a stand. The United States needs to show that it will not tolerate terrorism anywhere in the world. Jews are one of the true minorities (less than 0.3% of the world population) and it is time that we stop being treated as oppressors.
April 7, 2011 5:11 PM
GENIUS! YASHA KOACH!

April 7, 2011 3:48 PM
April 7, 2011 3:37 PM
electricity is needed fror computers...
...which would have meant damming the Red Sea rather than parting it, and a whole new story would have had to be written, if Moses had Facebook!
April 7, 2011 3:32 PM
Moses had facebook
| can only say that this make me even my proud to be a jew, we to go aish vey cool
April 7, 2011 3:26 PM

April 7, 2011 7:52 AM
High impact - in a short presentation.
April 7, 2011 3:44 AM
Like everything else that been reduced to what we learn on the internet, this sums up Pesach in true internet fashion.
April 7, 2011 3:50 PM
Great to start the day with laughter!
Thanks for reminding, uplifting again on many levels.
April 7, 2011 3:27 AM

April 7, 2011 3:18 AM
Technology is fab!
April 7, 2011 2:47 AM
Let My People Go!
It is past time for Israel to take a stand. It must send an open message to Hamas that Israel will visit plagues upon Gaza if Shalit is not released immediately, alive and healthy. Mention that if this is not done, that the next day ALL food will cease being allowed into Gaza. If Shalit is still not released unharmed, the next day's plague will be the cut off of electricity into Gaza. Follow up with one more plague each day - cut water supplies, nobody sick in Gaza will be allowed into Israel for medical treatment, and the list will go on until Shalit is released unharmed and healthy.
April 7, 2011 1:19 PM
Great Idea. Run for PM, I'll send you votes
You are very smart, a pity the politicians don't have your brains.
April 7, 2011 2:13 PM
Your message is SO UNCIVILIZED!
April 8, 2011 11:50 AM
"Uncivilized" is no rational reasoning, no modern & CIVILIZED way of life, no priorities re morals & wanting others dead! that's UNCIVILIZED!
Wanting normal, in a smart & creative way - VERY CIVILIZED!
April 8, 2011 11:52 AM
Running around like animals - uncivilized!
Barbaric behaviour - uncivilized!
Having a tiny strip of desert land & creating modern & up to date EVERYTHING - VERY CIVILIZED!
April 7, 2011 2:47 PM
Was done extremely well!
April 7, 2011 4:02 PM
israel should do somthing allready
yes I am for it all the way we have to do it know
April 7, 2011 4:24 PM
It is time to take off the kid gloves and play hard ball like they do! Fair is fair, and Israel is not being treated fairly! How would Hamas like that to happen to them??????
April 7, 2011 5:09 PM
Sounds good to me!
Great idea. Sadly it would never happen.
April 7, 2011 6:08 PM
William Witchel is 100% right.
Great idea william witchel, let us implement it immediately, this is the only way to deal with them!!
April 7, 2011 8:24 PM
may be you have to be out side israel to understend what we realy have to do for gilad
April 7, 2011 2:40 AM
Really enjoyed the updated version-thanks!
Really enjoyed the updated version,thanks!
April 7, 2011 2:08 AM
We laughed and we sent it to *everybody.* And that's the point, isn't it. So funny, and I like all the side jokes, too, like the number of plagues and plagues in bulk and "street view" of the Splitting of the Sea ... This one's a winner.
April 7, 2011 1:53 AM
so so well done. kudos.
April 7, 2011 1:53 AM
April 7, 2011 1:26 AM
Last week, Aish had an article about all the anti-Jew, anti-Israel stuff on FACEBOOK... now you publish humorous articles about Facebook. MAKE UP YOUR MIND...Are these places EVIL or NOT. It's time to circle the wagons and wake up!
April 7, 2011 10:59 PM
im not sure aish's stand was that social communication through facebook is evil. Rather, using it as a tool to spread hatred, and the fact that others can standby while this is done is and evil act...just my thoughts
April 7, 2011 1:12 AM
Don't know when I've laughed so hard
I had to keep pausing this to reveal the rich detail on each slide. Bravo!!!!
April 7, 2011 12:54 AM
My sides still hurt from laughing. WOW!
April 6, 2011 11:08 PM
It's fun to be Jewish
Love this erev Pesach message...the music is so uplifting!
April 6, 2011 10:08 PM

April 6, 2011 8:52 PM
The twenty-first century verson of the Exodus
This is entertaining and imaginative--and you are a gifted storyteller! I am a storyteller and I find all of the fantastic items added for authenticity an almost impossible feat! Thank you.
April 6, 2011 8:39 PM
"Yam Suf" is the Sea of Reeds, not the Red Sea.
April 6, 2011 7:55 PM
2 tablets were SQUARE
the 2 tablets were not round. thats a cristian depiction
April 6, 2011 11:27 PM
ha THAT is the only inaccurate thing you can find in this whole movie?! that moshe used facebook to communicate with pharoah- now that's okay. but seriously speaking though, you are correct, but somehow the "round look" managed to infiltrate to jewish designs as well. while it's not an accurate depiction, it's not forbidden either. it just became the symbol of the tablets. many even permit the design in their shuls.
April 6, 2011 7:50 PM
terrific....show it to the children
April 6, 2011 7:22 PM
Outstanding! Irreverent and all but awesome!!!!!
April 6, 2011 7:19 PM
the coming younger generation
We are loosing to many children because of the lack of exposure to the Torah
April 6, 2011 7:19 PM
Outstanding...but do us all a favour and give ...
Moshe a Kippa or Head Covering on his facebook image and other references to him!
April 6, 2011 7:11 PM

April 6, 2011 7:07 PM

April 6, 2011 6:51 PM
Redo slower,much slower
Much too fast,I did not forward. My crowd is 85yrs and above.
April 6, 2011 6:46 PM
I have seen this now twice before, but never commented. It is brilliant! Thank you for putting this together. Have you done anymore of the most well known religious stories?
April 6, 2011 6:42 PM
Cheap: has nothing to do with what Passover is really about!
Lowest common denominator pandering.
April 7, 2011 3:21 AM
sam lighten up!
sam this is how we can reach the unaffiliated! this film is getting out there and reaching people who have no connection to pesach - just read the comments on this film
April 7, 2011 11:02 PM
nowadays we tend to think of Passover as long seders (meals), matza, many food restrictions (x bread), but in reality its to remember the exodus, and where we were as a people in slavery, who we were up against (pharoh) and how god orchestrated our liberation (Moses, Plagues, Split Sea) - all points mentioned in the movie
April 6, 2011 6:38 PM
give us more like that!
and I like how it went so fast. you can be sure everyone will be clicking numerous times. thanks!
April 6, 2011 6:35 PM
Whoever did this is a genius!
April 6, 2011 6:31 PM

April 6, 2011 3:17 PM
I love the attention to detail, lovely way of summarizing the Exodus
April 6, 2011 3:13 PM
Best video -EVER- from aish
How about taking it a step further....Have an optional link with written "footnotes" to explain all the subtleties. The writer would explain the Midrashim, how we know the dates, the references to Goshen and sextuplets etc
April 6, 2011 3:10 PM
21st Century technology at its best!
tammy : ),
April 6, 2011 3:07 PM

Hilarious and inspiring!
"Clever" barely begins to describe it. Humor used in this way is a blessing to Jews and Christians alike.
Thanks so muh!

I'm a Christian, but a Jewish friend posted a link to this. I found it very interesting -- though not being Jewish, I heard the occasion term that was a bit difficult to decipher. But learning is good for a person ... I think maybe our Creator designed it like that.

April 4, 2011 1:32 PM
great and hilarious i loved it
wish everone taught judaism this way. we will have few leaving the fold
April 4, 2011 12:55 PM
This is spot on and brilliant!
Just one quibble: there's no mention of Moses's initial resistance. I would have suggested something like this:
Moses: But I have a speech problem.
God: And who do you think made speech? Dude, don't argue -- GO!
April 4, 2011 12:12 PM
Is there any way to slow this a bit, I'm not catching everything...
April 4, 2011 5:19 AM
brilliant job. congrats!!
April 4, 2011 3:20 AM
I wonder how many 15 year olds can relate to this 'telling' ? (or teenagers in general!) I had to think twice and read twice as fast but I got the point - and very entertaining
