Cherry and apples form a great combination. They are high in vitamin C. In our home, they were standard fare for Sholosh Seudos during the summer months.

½ cup maple syrup or honey to taste
1 large container strawberry yogurt

In a pot cook cherries and apples in the water. Add sweetener of your choice. Bring to a boil, and then simmer for 10 minutes, until fruit is soft. Remove a ladleful of cherries and set aside, add yogurt and puree with the blender stick. Return pitted cherries for garnish. Serve cold.

love salmon recipe

Hi phyllis, I was in your cooking classes in Raanana. There is a recipe that I made before on shavuot that I missplaced it was the spinach cheese challah recipe. I'd love to make it and need the recipe. I bought your book and it does not appear there. Can you please forward it to me today? Thanks so much, Shana and chag sameach!
