WOW!
I don't get why Hitler did what he did to the jews. They don't deserve it. I can't begin to imagine what they went through and to think that I've experienced bad things. This is alot worse. I am not Jewish. I just came here to write an english paper and found this site and I started to read and saw how bad things were for Jews. I learned alot about what Hitler did to them. Hitler must have been mad to do those things to the Jews. All I can say is WOW!!!!

Emotions
I am not Jewish,and I came here for info for a school project, and I learned soooo much. It is so horrifying to think about what all of those people went thru, and cannot believe what kind of a sick person would create such a mass genocide. to all of the survivors of the Holocaust~ u r all so amazing i m so srry for ur family. i just lost my grandfather. i kno thats not anything close to the things u saw and survived, but now i kno how heartbroken u feel when someone is gone so ur all soooooo strong!!!!! keep living ur life soo everyone can make sure the Holocaust will NEVER happen again and to defy prejudice!!!!!!!!!!!!!, cuz those people r just NOT worth it

Sad.. Heartful..
After reading this made me have a whole diffrent effect on holocaust. Young children die because of jews for no reason. that makes some time wonder on how would i have survied if i was born to houlcaust. so i will say RIP. 2 any body who has lost someone during this times!!

My mom passed away
My mom was a Holocaust sutvivor, and she passed away recently, but she is not gone by any means.

She told me stories about what happened to her and her family in the camps. She was the only one of 9 to survive.

These stories, unlike flesh and blood, must not, and cannot ever die.

my son and i watched a movie last night called the pianist and he is 16. during the movie he didnt realize that this was a true story. i am not jewish but still cannt understand how something so horrible could have happene. my son had no knowledge of the extent. he began to have tears in his eyes with hurt and disbelief. i explained the best i could of the horrific time that jews were brutized and killed. i pray as i told my son ...never again

When you think about it education has a lot to do with the way people percive things.In the world we lve in today they are still people out there that feal it is there god given right to say what they want about certain people.Even those who pose no treat to any one there are that certain people who love to talk las hashem i dont know why mabe they are scared.I read in this book on food and culture that you are what you eat and of cource its true but try and tell every one else that you might as well forget about it they only laugh.I belive the food you eat has a important make up on the person you are.Thats all for know

The Nazi's followed Hitler because they were scared of him. Most were not in favour of murdering 6 million people (unbelievable) and should have turned against him when they could have. Unbelievable
I can't believe that these children were taught that on race is evil to the good of the whole. "Cockroaches are also God's creatures and we destroy them." I just do understand how Hitler could turn a whole group of human beings on another group that they had lived in harmony with until Hitler came along. These people didn't even know what hit them. They would have acted so differently if they could read what I'm reading right now. They wouldn't be able to understand the impact they had on the Jewish people, and on their own children.

Reading this wants to make you cry!
After just watching 7th Heaven on an episode about the Jews it made me cry and to think how great i have it. And in one part of the show a lady who was a survivor said when she as a little girl she asked to one of the German soldiers " Where are my parents?" and he pointed up to the sky and the sky was filled black with smoke and then he said " The only way to fit all you Jews in here is through the chimney, And that where your going next." She was a reall true survivor of the Holocaust. But out of her whole family her mom, dad and her brother she was the only survivor. At the begining of the war there were 15 million Jews and at the end there were only 9 million.

I can't believe what I am reading!

I have been learning about the Holocaust in school. I came here for research. It's amazing how little people know. You think everything is horrible if you have a bad hair day and stuff, but you don't know the half of it! These people had to hide out. They were killed by the thousands. They were always running. i thought we had it bad!
while visiting your web site, i found that a lot of the things you hear on tv or radio about the Holocaust has been

I have just read about the little girl's anti-Semitic views, and I just felt sick to my stomach and a chill ran down my spine. Hatred breeds contempt, which will inevitably be passed to the younger generation. A lesson which we should all remember and learn in order to avoid. A very good website overall

Holocaust is more teribble than Japanese occupied and killed and tortured Chinese!
Japanese forced my grand dad to drink water and pushed his stomach to vomit water, drank and vomitted..few days .. later, he passed away.
When I was born, he was gone..
I felt sorry for him and all the Jews who suffered!

It is extremely important to not leave out "Christian anti-Semitism" as the ingredient which gave Hitler the absolute strength to do what he did to the Jewish People. In 1543 Martin Luther wrote a track called "The Jews and Their Lies". In that book was laid the foundations for modern day Germany ant-Semitism. Hitler idolized Martin Luther in Hitler's book called "Mein Kampf" or "My Struggle". Martin Luther was very typical of the Roman Catholic Church. Martin Luther had actually been an Augustinian Monk in the Roman Catholic Church. Hitler himself was a Roman Catholic. Not until 1965 did the Roman Catholic Church lift the ancient charge that the Jews had murdered Jesus Christ. In all that I have said it brings up a serious issue. Could Hitler have invented anti-Semitism? I think not. Martin Luther in his raving anti-Semitic beliefs that he first obtained from the Roman Catholic Church laid the very foundations. To prove what I say is true, all that anyone has to do is to type into their search engine, Martin Luther, The Jews and Their Lies and you will see it for yourself. He was a demented man and so were all his followers.

I am an 26 year old African American woman in college. This website has helped me tremendously with reports regarding the Holocaust. Unfortunately, it is disturbing to my soul that one could be so cruel to another and not feel anguish. I can only pray that those that are still living who tortured the Jews and others have asked the Lord for forgiveness. As the title says it all...History is repeating itself again.
