Benny goes to visit his friend Moishe at the Cedar Creek Alzheimer's Home. When Benny returns home, his wife Freda asks him, "So nu? How was Moishe today?"
"He's not very good, Freda," replies Benny. "Moishe is getting quite demented. While I was there, he screamed a lot and talked a load of mishegass."
"So were you able to talk to him at all?" asks Freda.
"Well," replies Benny, "I tried to talk simple things to him, things he should know something about, like the weather or the food. I even asked him about the $5,000 we still owe him, you know to see if he still remembers."
"And did he remember that we still owe him this money?" asks Freda
"That meshugga he isn't," replies Benny.
