Chaim Yankel was overweight and his doctor sent him to a weight loss program. During one of their weekly classes, the group leader named Susan was explaining how foods can be both nutritious and tasty.

She raved about the merits of fruits and vegetables, almonds, low fat cottage cheese and yogurt and the like.

Chaim Yankel piped up and said, “I’ve been eating all of those foods Miss Susan! They are very good, but even better with cholent and kishke!”
