Dr. Rosenberg was the Psychiatrist in charge at the Beth Israel Mental Health Hospital. After a few months of observing one of the new nurses, Sarah, he decided to pull her aside for a chat.

“Sarah do me a favor,” Dr. Rosenberg said quietly. “When you’re answering the phones, just say ‘we're very busy’. Don't keep saying, 'It's a madhouse.'"
