Live the Shema
The way I understand our responsibility before Ha Shem is that we are to "hear and obey" (listen & put into action) This does not apply only to the "religious" but to all. I heard a quote recently that seems to sum it up very well:
"Learn more Torah, Do more Mitzvah, Give more Tzedakah."
If we "all" focus on what's right, we will make our communities and the world we live in a better place.
What's more is we will please our Creator and begin to fulfill the reason we are here.

The hypocritical Utopia we are living in.
On a serious note not only are we entertaining ourselves to death but we have gone to some extent offline the right course of life. As managers of the universe we have failed in our duty and are on the selfish side. We think too much and innovate to please ourselves rather than be leaders of what we have been called to. Entertainment by itself is not bad as long as it is healthy and all inclusive. We need to look at life in a more all inclusive manner. We need to talk to Ha Shem for correction and start doing it right. Let us look at some of the harm today- Marriage has lost its meaning what are we doing about it? Knowing that it is the building block of a healthy humanity, Cases of heart problems are increasing in Africa as Africa develops, Cancer is the increase, unruliness against authority is on the increase as well as indiscipline in the name of democracy and its support, the world is becoming more and more disorganized with freedom what are we doing. If all was well we would have less of these things but instead we are having more of profiteer’s at our confused expense. All the same l have to say that the world is thinking much more on accountability/responsibility than years in the past there is some awakening , bravo for the tireless fighters for the good of mankind and service to Ha Shem.
