I was in a job last year that I absolutely hated for very good reasons, and I could under no circumstances back out. The fact was, I did sign a contract for one year and my boss held me quite responsible to stick to my side of the contract. This experience has taught me a lot and I am now investigating much more into any future job I might take, so that I don't get burned twice.
