This was odd
I agree that there are many self-hating Jews, and many anti-Semitic Jews, but I don't think that enjoying Wagner's music has anything to do with it one way or another. Wagner was a composer. He wrote great music. He was also an anti-semite. That made him a lousy person, but does it affect the quality of the music he produced? Can I appreciate or benefit from someone else's artistic or scientific or cultural innovation even though I abhor their personal qualities? I think we probably do it a dozen times a day.

It might of worked if he would of rebuked him by showing him how much it pained him to hear a Jew singing to his delight what other had to painfully march to their deaths.
