What a shame that...
people are viewing this (Jews and non-Jews). It gives them another reason to look negatively at our religion; plus it diminishes the actual holiness that is integral in each of the holidays that G-d has blessed us with. I don't like to criticize. I like a good laugh (I am a humor writer), but this is mockery.

Reminded of similar joke
A line from the show, Murphy Brown: "Now let me see if I've got this right, I don't have a secretary today because you can't work on a Jewish holiday but you can't remember which Jewish holiday it is. No, I'm sorry Ms. McCall, Rosh Kippur doesn't quite make it."

"Humor" comes from the same Latin root as "Humility" and "Humidity". Humor, like rain and dew, can enhance and enrich wisdom. Humor, like humility, offers perspective, a step back to allow us to see what's ridiculous and absurd, to laugh at ourselves and the frailties of the small and the mighty. Like any "Mida", it can be abused, too. Abusive humor can drown the profound and arrogantly cheapen the greatest parts of life. Some of these Jewlarious clips accomplish the former, though this one seems to me to be more of the latter. I felt that the satire here conveys that the miracle of Channuka is a silly, improbable story. Further, Jews overdo it with their frequent happy holidays and the amount of time they ask to take off for holidays that lack substance. But maybe I am reading into it too much. I am usually a good sport and laugh wherever I can, which I did do here. Notwithstanding, it was an instinctively uncomfortable laugh, which is why I bothered to think this out. Anyone else see this?
