It is easy to believe when your needs are met and your belly is full. Regardless of our ages, this is a lesson for all. There is a plan for each of us, to either grow within ourselves or help others to develop because of us. Trust in our Father to know what is best.Thank you for reminding me of these truths.

If you see someone lacking something, try to give him a gift of what he needs, that way you will automatically get twice as his joy of receiving . My mother Miriam bat Asher used to say: it's good to be happy, but its Great to make someone happy. If these two boys would have talked to each other, become friends and help each other........

no longer jealous
I'm 14 and naturally, there's so many things that I want. I have a friend that lives in a nice house and her family has a lot of money. my family has average finances, but sometimes we struggle. I used to want so much 2 be like her, until I found out that her parents are rarely home, she hates being the taken advantage of baby in the family and she has many academic struggles. when I talked to my mother about this, she said: she has a house, not a home. Baruch Hashem, I'm a very popular girl and schoolwork comes easily. also, I'm the oldest girl which I love! I realized that in truth, I think I have a better life than she does! I may not have a "house", but I have a home and I'm most thankful for that! not even all the money in the world could make my life better than the way it is now! this story really touched my heart and proved my point even more!

when you look inside yourself You know what you have. Most often it is outstanding. Pride is what you feel others see in you. Honor is what you know, in your heart, YOU ARE.

My son wanted for 2 yrs to be like the kid in school who lived in a 7000 sf. house. Till he found out that the teen's family & the teen were very unhappy & once lost everything. My son cried after that. You can NEVER tell by looking at someone or knowing them a little what they have been through.

Its an inspiring video
Its a very good video but I think a better lesson would be, "Don't be jealous of him, you don't know what problems he has". instead of, "Are we davening for the right thing?"
