This is not so, not every change is good or desirable
Change to what? Everyone has an opinion. That video was a bit misleading, reinforcing any crazy "change" as good or desirable. This is not so, not every change is good or desirable.

Where's the woman?!
Not one woman is represented in this very slanted view of the world...as usual!!! True, the majority of students at MIT and Cal Tech are males, but that is changing (not quickly enough for me- but, you see, I'm crazy and I DO want to change the world!). Girls need to be encouraged to go into the sciences! So much talent and vision is being tossed aside with the view that dolls are for little ladies and trucks are for future rocket scientists-males! Example- Israel has a woman nobelist and a 32 year old grad of MIT was chosen as one of the torch lighters in this year's celebration of the state's 66th b'day- tip of the iceberg, gentlemen! Either step aside or join hands! We're here and we're ready to change the world!

Sharon, you raise a good point, but not about this clip. The movie is biographical so the main people here are men because they were men. However, that does not take away from your point and there is a movement to encourage more girls to get involved with coding, etc. For example: http://diygirls.org/
