Teach your children well
This is an easy one. Teach your kids to hate everyone, especially their idiotic friends, and do the opposite of what the group wants them to do.

Thinking about it, I remember my mother talking about her mother. She didn't appreciate it at the time, but she said her mother started out asking her "If your friends asked you to jump off a mountain, would you?" and that was easy and she said "No", Then her mother asked her "If your friends asked you to jump off a pier, would you?" and she said "No." And then her mother kept going and getting to more realistic scenarios and she said "No". And then when situations came up in real life, she remembered her answers.
