This clip is misleading about the laws of Loshon Hara. The two examples that she gives for wanting to reveal the gossip -- "it's like someone is going to shoot you in the head" and "the boat you're on is a bad boat" -- would actually be PERMITTED to say the loshon hara, in order to save a person from danger.
