A strange parady
Interesting. Kind of reminds me of someone. Maybe it's because he's a mixture of various sci-fi aliens, like ET and War of the World characters. (And don't forget the Twilight Zone "How to Serve Man"). But why would he smoke? Unless he doesn't have lungs. Then again, maybe an alien actually gets some kind of benefit from smoking. Maybe nicotine is brain food. I never saw that movie, but I, of course, and suspicious of that whole space ship crashing story. I can't help but be reminded of the "How To Serve Man" thing. It was a cookbook, after all. (EEEW) And Guess Who's Coming For Dinner? Oy! Okay, cry (the Man From) UNCLE. Or just skip it this week. I'll cut this short to spare you (almos) . Happy Holidays!

Clever. Funny. Imaginative. More betterer than most of the hyped-up-special-effect-saturated garbage on the screens these days (and nights). As for the l'il critter, I think I dated his sister a while back.

possible explanation
Watch the way the Paul acts the entire time... By being on Earth, he started acting like humans all too quickly. He smokes, makes crude jokes, the way he dresses/ doesn't dress... I think one of the major lessons is that we end up conforming and acting like the world around us, even though we know we shouldn't do certain things. This can be elaborated on much much more, but I think yo uget the point.
