NUTS!
I am disabled and retired. Without the 'Net I'd feel even more isolated than I am at times. Leave the Internet? Nope! But I limit my time on it. When my pre-set time is up off goes the machine and I will move onto the next item on that day's agenda. Sewer? Not where I visit.

I'm really agree with Paul .
Shalom :) I just watched this video , and I do it pretty much same into my life. Reduce a time for internet and , beguin visit local Library ( books/ CD ) . And this's much better, then houers and houers at computer. I don't want reject internet at all , but doesn't spent to much time on it . Just make a differnce in my life :) Have a good one , everyone !
