Rav Shmuel rocks... This video is fabulous and so is his entire new album. Rav Shmuel is a gifted entertainer with the potential to show the world that a Rabbi with 6 kids can rock like Jack Johnson or Randy Newman. The world can always use some smiles and some amazing Jewish music.

I think this video is very dangerous. One must be very carefull about the joke we make, I understand the irony intended - but millions of people wouldn't. Perhaps sticking in a few more verses based on the "discovery" eminar would help explain the irony (how it's impossible for there to be any protocols). Even still, this is a very dangerous concept. I was taught that every Jew must look at himself as though he is running a political campaign, and every act can be taken out of its context and made to look very bad for all of our people. Extreme caution is suggested.

The music as such is great, but not everyone recognizes irony and I can see this song being used by Jew-haters to promote thier hatred and anit-Jewish schemes: "see, even that Rabbi says it's true." Some people not only listen to words but believe them - or use them out of context. Be careful what you sing.

i did laugh. but i guess i'm worried that we should spend the time singing about positive things- yiddishkeit, Hashem, shabbos, making these amazing things appealing to the jaded Jewish souls. and the heckling, while amusing, might be taken the wrong way, which would not bode well for anyone respecting what he himself represents. just my thoughts. have a great shabbos and hatzlacha.

I found this video to be very offensive. I am all for humor, but I find this out of line. If I would've seen this on any other website, I would've thought this was anti-semitic. And I didn't think the Jesus thing was very approriate either.

The song was interesting. However, listening to the verses, ANYONE can take any of these words out of context and say--"see-- we told you so--this guy admits the elders of zion is really true. that we are here to bilk every penny out of anyone--etc" So i think this "rabbi" is doing more harm than good
