Positively Beautiful♥

Beautiful song "Chayalainu" and the voice is Excellent. But made me cry all the way through seeing all those precious young men whose lives were taken. My heart breaks with deep sorrow for all of them. Sending prayers for their families, their comrades and all of Israel.
May Hashem bless all the past, present, and future members of the IDF, and their families. Israel is and always has been "the Light among the nations".. Baruch HaShem! ♥Am Yisrael Chai... Forever!

Absolutely beautiful

This video brought me to tears. None of those young men wanted to fight, to kill, or to die. They just wanted to protect their country, their homes and their families. May G'd bless them for the ultimate sacrifice they made, and may Israel continue to be a "light among the nations". Am Yisrael Chai.

Their ultimate sacrifice for the Jewish people everywhere

I cannot help but cry during this video watching not only the faces of those who gave the ultimate sacrifice, but seeing the conditions underwhich they fought. My heart and deepest sympathies go out not only to their families, but all of Israel. One place of one of our dead heroes stood out for me. It turns out his parents are close neighbors of my best friend in Israel. I also applaud those "lone soldiers" who found Hashem's mission in life for themselves and fought bravely. My husband a 25 year US Marine Recon veteran from Vietnam era is now 70 and would have enlisted in a heartbeat. My son did his service in the 1990s in the Israeli Navy Commando unit. So, I know how parents feel seeing their children go off to war. For those who gave the ulitmate sacrifice for the Jewish People, may their memories be for a blessing.

No Words

No words, only heart felt sorrow that these young lives were taken and how words can't describe their sacrifice and bravery. Bless their families.

So Young

I listen with deep sadness and watch the faces of brave young men who have fallen. And though most of us may not call Israel home it will always be in our hearts.. A place we have visited and fallen in love with. Thankyou to all the members of the IDF for keeping Israel safe.

brave young men

it is time for alyah

it is time all the jews unite and all the jews settle in the land of israel, leaving behind exile and materialism that keep them far from the land where Hashem dwells! come on US jews, come on European jews join your brothers!!!

Eretz, August 16, 2014 8:17 AM

I agree for Alyah

Totally agree. Those of us who convert and yearn for Aliyah to support our brothers and land and have nothing holding us back to do so yet have to wait while others' wealth and comfort tie them down when they would easily be given Aliyah but wont take it. How ironic!

I feel a deep ache and agony as if each one of these soldiers were my own child. I can only say thank you for all your protection of me and the land of Israel. May Hashem provide a loftier world for these young men.

Thank you!

For those who are able to do even more for the souls of our soldiers, there's a beautiful effort underway to study mishna for the neshama of each fallen soldier (please see lilmod.org.il -- it's mostly in Hebrew) during the 30 days following their passing.

la mah?

they are all so young with their lives ahead of them? We have to find peace, this cannot go on.We respect life and the opponent want death:someone has to find a middle way.Israel has shown it will not lay flat and let the tanks roll over it, why cannot the world understand that those times are past?
