Mr

This is a beautiful story. Everyone can sign up for the bone marrow registry. We did - through http://www.giftoflife.org/. My only regret is that I didn't have the privilege of being called on to save a life. Do it. Have the privilege of possibly saving a life.

This story touched my heart. I cannot donate marrrow as I am a cancer survivor - but if I could, I wouldn't hesitate to help save someone's life. Avishai - there is a place for you in heven!!!!

Incredible

Such things happen only here, in Israel. When someone asks "will you be able to survive another war" they should see this video and they'll know WE WILL SURVIVE AS LONG AS PEOPLE LIKE AVISHAI are with us!!! Long life to all of you young Jewish people in the world!! Anny

Not Only in Israel

Regardless of how much I love Israel, Anny, you are wrong. Everyone can sign up for the bone marrow registry. We did - through http://www.giftoflife.org/, right here in the US. My only regret is that I didn't have the privilege of being called on to save a life. Do it. Have the privilege of possibly saving a life.

Inspirational

Thank you for sharing. I'm so moved with emotions. Indeed a Kiddush HaShem. The whole story of both families and both individual is a part of Tikun Olam.

Ezer Mizion

Ezer Mizion's International Jewish Bone Marrow Registry is the largest Jewish registry in the world and has saved the lives of so many Jewish patients whose sole chance of survival had been a bone marrow transplant. Genetic matching is essential to success and an enlarged Jewish registry acts as an insurance policy for Jews around the globe.
