Mordechai Kedar is a blessing to us. Thank God for him!
I could not do what he does. He has such a strong will and the patience to put up with the arab denials of the truth in order to get his point across. It takes guts and he has plenty. Thank you Mordechai Kedar. Once again you have shown that we Jews have so many brave and exceptional people among us. You are one of them.
September 19, 2011 12:47 AM
won't do much
i respect what he's trying to do, but i think its a lost czuse. he is the token jew they stick on so they can call themselves fair but he's not going to win muslim hearts and minds over to our side, considering the rest of their programming. remember this is the network bin laden used when he had a message to disseminate,.you have to remember who the audience is.
March 31, 2011 11:10 AM
Kol HaKavod to Dr Kedar!! I wish I knew Arabic so that I could converse in their language and tell it like it is- bluntly- so that the Arabs can understand. Aren't there any more Jews/ Israelis that can speak fluent Arabic and do more of what Dr Kedar is doing? even alongside him- so he doesn't have to bear the whole task of challenging the Muslim world??
September 19, 2011 12:44 AM
the syrian jewish community speaks fluent arabic but after 9/11 when they were eager to help the government get the bad guys, political correctness stood in their way. we can't have jews helping to catch muslims, see.
February 7, 2013 5:10 AM
It was more than just politicall correctness
The US government and agencies like the FBI and CIA don't like Israel, don't trust Jews and would rather have the Muslim Brotherhood members in their ranks than Jews. The FBI and CIA are a bunch of bigoted idiots who would rather get their own people killed than get help from Jews.
March 29, 2011 11:48 AM
Kudos to you Dr. Kedar
It is a pleasure to see someone keep his presence of mind when all around them are losing theirs and blaming it on you. May you continue and be strong.

If only the PM spoke like Mordechai Kedar....
Mordechai Kedar leaves other Middle Eastern "experts" in the dust. If only Israel had a prime minister who spoke like (and knew as much as) Mordechai Kedar, Israel would be in much better shape.
August 29, 2010 6:28 PM
Thank You and Kol Hakavod Dr. Kedar
Your bravery and perseverence to uncover the Arab media's barage to propagandize to their own people and constantly demonize Israel with lies and deceipt is most welcome. Thanks you for your great efforts.
I am pleased to know that at least some Arabs recogize that their governments with the aid of the press are pushing a political agenda to deflect the true realities in the Arab countries. Arabs throughout the Muslim states of the Middle East are repressed politically and economically, kept in total ignorance by their own governments who use Israel at the reason for their state of affairs. When the reality is simply that these same goverments have only one purpose-- to keep themselves in power and wealth.
August 26, 2010 9:03 PM
It takes a lot of faith & courage to stand in front of Arab media. May Hashem bless/ guard you.

Prayers for the peace of the State of Israel.

For once, it seems, Israel is using hasbara to its advantage by confronting the lies propogated by the corrupt Arab governments. I commend Mr. Kedar, and I admire his courage.
August 20, 2010 4:48 PM
re poster that said: "for risking your life to spread the truth to Islamic nations "
interesting that if someone from the arabic speaking side spoke out on a non-al-jazeera/arabic platform, these words would be utterly meaningless. Who would think the person was taking any risk whatsoever? no one.
August 20, 2010 4:34 PM
Please keep up the fantastic work!

The Prophet's words still speaking to the Sons of Hagar.
What little I have read of the Koran, it started to be so distorted over our Hebrew Scriptures I couldn't continue. Though I could tell that Muhammad had studies the early non canonical gospels by his direct quotes from it, however he had never read the Hebrew Scriptures. His distortion written which was in the late 500 to early 600 c.e. about Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac and Jacob, was so distorted from the Torah. He was taught by word of mouth, and not by actual text. Muhammad did not like Christians and when referring to Jews had to be Jewish Christians for he is writing about his disapproval of Christians who believe in the trinity. Jews (Judaism) does not believe in the trinity. So Muhammad's reference to Jews is about Jews that had embraced Christianity. I look at the Koran, as Muhammad's journal of venting about being mistreated by Christians and Jewish Christians. I have not read all of it nor do I care to. What people did with his journal of venting, and turned it into a religion, I would say was not what Muhammad was intending. Muhammad was in Turkey when he wrote in his journal. His aim was not about Israel, but was about the Turks. The Torah is years older than the Koran. Even in Iran, Judaism is the oldest religion there. So in the land of Israel, where would they even begin to think that the Muslim religion even existed in Israel, when the religion wasn't started till after Muhammad's death. Yes Abraham loved Ishmael, however his last will and testament is recorded in the Torah, that his inheritance is through Isaac and Jacob through Sara. Many of the doom and gloom prophecies was towards the sons of Hagar. They were not Muslims or Islam, because that religion did not exist at that time. They were considered the disobedient of the Torah and that was causing God's wrath to come upon Israel because of them. They, the sons of Hagar was warned time after time to repent. The Prophet's words still is calling the sons of Hagar to repent.

To #5 Ruth
If we don't speak, repeatedly, about OUR truth, the truth that is OUR Torah because Hash-m gave it to us and we accepted it, then who will? It's not like we call them infidels and theaten to murder anyone who does not believe like us! The Arab world is winning the war (that THEY are waging) in the media, and who better than Mr. Kedar to take them on - I am afraid that the rest of us don't have the courage to do so. May Hash-m grant him hatzlacha (success) and courage until 120.

I think Jerusalem is just not mentioned in the Koran by name.
Im pretty sure plenty of the stuff in the Koran happened in Jerusalem though.

I am extremely proud of what Adon Kedar has done!!!
This is one of the most uplifting videos I've seen in a long time: a Jew exposing the lies of the Muslims in their own language and on their own satellite news service. Perhaps some of the audience actually will listen and understand!
August 18, 2010 1:18 AM
I am so proud to have you representing the Jews and Israel in the arab world.
August 17, 2010 10:37 PM
I wish there was more people like Mordechai in Muslem world what they talking about is not Jerusalem it's the hatred they have
through Jews. vasalam
August 17, 2010 1:39 PM
Jerusalem is not cited one time in the Coran , but is cited about 650 times in the Bible. And when you analyse the Jerusalem story you can find this city under the following rule : Jews 11 centuries (direct control or occupied by Babylon, Persia, Greece, Romans but jew), Byzantine 3 centuries, Arabs 4 cent, Crusader 88 years, Arabs 73 years, Mamelouks 2.5 cent, Ottomans 4 cent, England 31 years, Israel/Jordan 18 years, Israel alone 47 years as of today.

we need to be exposed to more heroes like this one to keep us fueled - I"m sure there will be more need for all of us to be this determined, to stand our ground peacefully, to know what we stand for so we don't fall for 'anything'

the "forever wars"
If the solution were simple, we would have solved this problem by now, all this endless suffering, on both sides. I do deeply believe God orchestrated this entire story and there is a solution but it's hard to encompass, very hard, because everyone, Arab and Jew, are deeply wedded to the land, and both sides require this word, compromise, and surely, yes, the Jews have tried, and keep trying.
Bravo for Mordechai because he is a thorn, scratching at an old wound, causing it to flow, causing people to "think" deeply about their beliefs, about truth and reality. Yes, it is Jewish wisdom and Jewish love, that has, instead of hatred, built a country, and has built along with this, a deep wish for peace.
On the other hand, repeatedly speaking about "our" truth, is also the opening of a wound that is another's, because it is also a deep truth that this land, has roots, surely, that are both Arab and Jew, in terms of legitimate concerns, as we do have a Biblical story, of Abraham, confirming a story about brothers, about family, about blood lines, blood ties, discord, rejection, and love itself. Poor haggard, Hagar. Why did the story bring her to suffer, and her son, Ishmael?
I think it might be time to recognize a greater truth that is about brotherhood, but what is hidden, the "hood" itself, is just this, and no one is willing to acknowledge a greater story, driven by God, and that is, we are not really that different. Not really.

Keep up the great work Moedechai
