well, Jews always help others, even their enemies. That looks great to the world but it does not mean that it is correct. Sometimes the family of the one helped by israel will be involved in murder of Jews. You recall the Lamed heh murders, when in 48 35 soldiers on their way to free the stronghold around Jerusalem saw an old arab man bleeding. They gave him medical help and, in return, when they marched away, he went and aroused the local population of arabs who murdered all 35. This is not a joke.

Israelis are sincere but are the recipients???

Sadly to say, the Israelis are dedicated and sincere. But they are reaching out to a population which voted in (by a huge majority) a dark and evil administration. The leaders of Hamas and the PA, Haniyeh and Abbas, have personally sent close family members to Israeli hospitals where they have received top quality medical treatment and it didn't change the way either of them dealt politically. Both continued and continue to attack Israel on all grounds as children of pigs and monkeys! We need to see the report 20 years after treatment and see the collective memories of the scores of patients and their families and see if they can rise above the evil education system to hold onto their gratitude.

Arab will stay Arabs and hate jews forever, nothing the Israeli will do will ever bridge the gap. Where is the gratitutde from the Arab mother to the Israelis saving her daughter? She didnt even say Thank You.

How could you know?

How could you know if she said thank you or not? In a five minute video only a "snapshot" of the story is told. There are Arab doctors that treat Jewish patients in Israel. Caution is understandable. As a religious Jewish woman, I've been the recipient of kindnesses from random Arabs in this land. We must keep our eyes wide open, but our hearts open too.

Hope in Memory

These children will, if they recover, go home to a school system which teaches them to hate Israel & Jews. Only if their parents remember and repeat to them often the story of their sojourn in Israel and the help that they got will these children grow up free of the hatred. We can only hope.
