Did anyone actually read this book?

I can say that this guy is not very much in favor of Israel at all. He talks about how soldiers come and indiscriminately shoot and arrest people and basically torture and oppress them for no reason. He doesn't mention that his father was arrested countless times while he was in his home because he was planning and organizing attacks and not out of the blue. He also talks about how the Palestinians need their state but forgets to mention that they were offered land on many occasions and thought that they wouldn't need it because they would just destroy the state of Israel. He just scratches on the surface when he mentions the war that began the day Israel was declared a state and was attacked from all sides. According to him the Israelis outnumbered and outgunned the attackers but in reality it was organized armies against an unprepared group of people, many of whom were holocaust survivors. The conditions in Gaza and the West Bank are a direct result of relentless attacks on Israel and are fairly recent. They were not attacking Israel simply to destroy and not liberate oppressed Palestinians. He basically skims over many of the facts. This book shows his deep disdain towards Israel and I wouldn't go as far as to call him a supporter of the state in any sense of the word. He refers to them as occupiers and recounts the alleged brutality in great detail but skims over the attacks coming from the Palestinian side. I think it was very irresponsible to put this book on this site without reading it and looking into the text a little bit further. Yes he worked for Shin Bet, helped thwart some attacks and saved lives, Jewish and Palestinian, however, his motives and loyalty are very much in question. Listen to his speeches in Arabic and they resemble nothing of what he says in English when he is out publicizing his book.

Master of doublespeak

From the video clips I've seen him in Arabic (the links are posted in previous comments on this page), he doesn't seem to express the same love of Israel as when he addresses his audience in English. He refers to Israel as the "enemy" and in two clips is dressed in the garb of the PLO. It's like he's suffering bipolar disorder - he seems confused, if not a double agent.

Truly Remarkable and Brave

This man is not only brave but honest as well. His journey is a remarkable one, especially so when he hits upon the truth and says that Israel in not the problem but the Solution for the Middle East. This man needs our daily prayer for his safety and I really wish people will read his book without prejudice, so that they can think and realize the real truth behind the persecution of a tiny state called Israel. May GOD protect this man and Israel

This Guy is beyond anyone who ever lived in the arab world, he is a true human being, he should become the mediator for the palestinians to re-build once these terrorist organisations can be dismantled.
