in addition to this excellent video
this is excellent. In addition, I would say one thing we can all do, is to circulate this. See how we all have the ability to do something for Jews, for israel, and for the world. Who's the real bully?
Many of us have this experience growing up. In elementary school, I also was picked on and whenever I defended myself, I too was portrayed as the bully and with antisocial problems. My parents really had to put up with alot of hassles from the Principal. It only ended when I completed elementary school and moved on to high school. Europe portrays Israel as the bully but neglects to mention that it was Hamas that rejected a cease fire and it's Hamas that continues to launch missiles into Israel, targeting civilians. Europe has returned to it's old antisemitic ways. Several non-Jewish Europeans have noticed this too. Old habits die hard. It's not about religion really, it's about prejudice and intolerance of anyone and anything different than themselves. A bigot is a bigot no matter how you slice it.

correlation between bullying and terrorism
Thank you for this video - right on the mark! For awhile I was thinking about this idea - how the world puts up with being bullied by terrorists and then wonders why their children get bullied in school. There is a lot to say about this but what I have heard is that if there is proper supervision (law enforcement) and the real bullies are severely punished, the problem goes away.

As the only Jewish child in my elementary school, that is EXACTLY what happebed to me. I had killed someone two thousand years ago who I had never heard of, but, by golly, I was going to get punished for it. The teachers NEVER saw any attack on me, but certaialnlly saw my reaction even if I hadn't hurt anyone.
Then, after THREE YEARS of taking punishment, I lost my patience and lashed out. The principal told my parents that I was antisocial and needed psycholigiccal treatment. Fortunatelyu, they knew what I had been putting up with and read the principal the riot act.
I fully understand and empathize with what israel has been going through and all i have to say is Baruch Hashem! It is beyond time. No other country would take the garbage that the Arabs have tossed at Israel without immediatey retailiating. I pray for the success of the IDF and the IAF.
I just heard that an IDF soldier has been taken by Hamas. I hope he is safe and is returned alive and well.

Thank you for sharing this. I've copied immediately the above video clip on my FB page, because unfortunately not many people today know what exactly is and has been going on in Israel. mostly because of the biased World Media. May Ha Shem bless His Land of Israel and protect them and may this soldier return safely home soon. We pray for you all, you are in our hearts.

This applies to spousal abuse as well....if you react , the spotlight is on you....the bully's strategies are effective in deflecting the blame from where it truly belongs.
A very validating video for any victim of abuse who was looked upon as the "perp" at every attempt of self-preservation.

Holding Onto The Land
If an exile of 400-years was sufficient to bequeath the Jewish people such great emuna, how much more potent should an exile of 2,000 years have proven to be. One would think that the Jewish people can certainly not be far away from the emuna necessary to bring the final Redemption. Yet we are experiencing great difficulties in merely hanging on to a portion of the land of Israel. Why is this so? How can we explain such a total lack of emuna after such a long period of survival against great odds?
The truth is that the power of emuna hidden in the Jewish people is immense. The trouble with emuna is that we only push the switch that turns it on when we are convinced that there is no way to achieve our objectives according to natural law.
If we look at the history of modern Israel, it is clearly divisible into two parts. Before 1967 everything we touched turned to gold. Since then things haven't gone so smoothly to put it mildly.
This difference in our success in the outer world is entirely matched by the rise and fall of the power of emuna within us.
Before 1967, the power of our emuna was at full strength. Back then, we looked at ourselves as a people who had to survive against great odds through the strength of our faith and determination. The world has regarded us this way as well. Since then we've come to regard ourselves as a local superpower who is able to manage on its own. The world also treats us this way.
As our emuna has waned and so has our worldly success. The lessons of history are obvious. We have only to read the book.

Teachers have always used the idiotic "ignore it and it'll go away" logic and punished the victim for fighting back

For a world whose mentality is that of an elementary school child this explains it on their level.Do you really think they will get it??
November 21, 2013 9:13 PM
I repeat (for the third time in this website): a psychological analysis of the behavior of the Palestinian leadership yields an equivalent age of 3-4 years - toddler mentality. If the UN and other governmental bodies (including Israel's) dealt with them using this understanding, the picture would be ver different.

The arabs have always been the biggest crybabies.
. They lost every war they started with Israel, then run crying to the UN for their marbles back. They are cowards, only brave when attacking unarmed innocents.
