Save $ Kick the U.N. out of U.S.A.
Despite what the leftist elitists liberals of the Northeastern states, Washington D.C., Kalifornia, and waterlogged brain Washington state Dems "FEEL" how great the U.N. is...The rest of us in what they derisively call "flyover country" abhore the U.N. Their behind closed locked door(s) shenanigans dictacting & demanding treaties that smack the face of the U.S. Constitution and trample The U.S. Bill of Rights is unconscionable. Especially when one mulls over the fact that the U.S. State Dept. plans to increase spending on the U.N, in FY 2014, by @ 4% to a minimum of $3.6 Billion (Yes that's a "B") Think about all the other things that could be done with that $3.6 Billion if it weren't going to the U.N. Improve our highways and bridges. Or update & secure our power grid. Or provide all the ALL the medical care our wounded and disabled veterans rightfully earned. I could go on and on. This is just a small example of why the U.S. should withdraw its support and membership from the U.N. Then the U.N. should be be kicked out of the U.S.A. altogether with a U.S. gov't. forfieture of all U.N. buildings its contents. The U.N. buildings and its contents should then be autioned off. Unfortunately that wouldn't make a dent in the money the U.S. has paid into the U.N. over the past 50 years courtesy of Mr. & Ms. U.S. Taxpayer. Enough is enough "Kick the U.N. out of the U.S.A."

Kiss it away.
The U.N. is no longer the U.N.
It no longer represents its original purpose.
It is controlled by a 3/4 population that has self-interest as its purpose; which is NOT the furtherance of liberty, equality, and fraternity, but rather religious intolerance, inequality, slavery, and strife.
The solution is easy; it is the courage it takes, that is at issue.
We are taught not to sit in the company of fools.
Does not every nation that values freedom, democracy, and humane rights lend, by their membership, credence and support to a majority that do not do likewise for them?
It is incumbent upon every God-fearing, God-loving, Democratic and Free country to withdraw their membership from the U.N., that is no longer the "United Nations."
Now, is the right time.
These newly withdrawn nations should then form a new U.N. called "Union of God-fearing, God-loving, Democratic and Free Nations."

Where would Israel be without the UN?
UN bashing is so popular, not just within the Jewish world and not without reason from any place in the political spectrum. This sad excuse for a world forum has become a caricature of itself and often seems little more than an increasingly festering betrayal of its founders' dreams. That said, we must -- yes, must -- always remember that the UN continues to provide Israel with incontrovertible legitimacy and membership in what still passes as the sole recogniized family of nations. Resolution 181 remains a bedrock of Israel's existence and a keystone to Israel's survival as a democratic Jewish state. Ignoring these realities can only increase Israel's peril.

The UN is Israel's keystone? And bedrock?Huh, and here I am thinking and believing Israel's keystone and bedrock are Torah and God.

Not the Full Story
Yes, the UN recognized Israel in 1948, but the resolution is just that - recognition only. The UN did not create the Israeli state and in fact, if Ben Gurion et.al. had listened to the UN advisors, the state would never had come into being. Ben-Gurion declared the state despite the UN, not because of it! Only after the declaration was the resolution tabled and passed - again, for recognition of the state, not its creation or maintenance. And if you weigh up that one resolution in Israel's favor against all the resolutions against Israel, the UN does not show itself at all supportive!

Israel must continue to stand on its own with or without the support from other nations. Israel only supporter is G-d of Abraham, Issac and Jacob. Israel is the Light of All Nations.Shalom Shalom

important to watch and share about UN
UN violated it's own charter by allowing states to join that don't adhere to the stated goals of the UN...

God bless Israel
signs of the time...anti semitism is nothing new but whenever it rears its ugly head in the way it is starting to...God always has and always will defend His people - the jews...as for u.n, i pray their eyes will open to the facts about who is actually stopping peace (it's not israel but the so called palestinians) and accept that jews WILL NEVER AGAIN be driven out of their God given homeland...shalom

And you have God's word on this?
Nothing is impossible. Israel has been too liberal; trying to please everyone and his brother, loosing ground physically and spiritually. The priority has to be God first. Torah study, prayer, and teshuvah.Let Israel worry after God.Let the world worry after itself.
