Aish HaTorah's Beis Medrash Program

For Those Who Want to Make a Difference.

Yeshiva students
  • Do you feel that there's more out there than the workaday world?
  • Do you feel that you could be a future leader of the Jewish people?
  • Do you have a foundation of skills and Hashkafa and want to expand further?
  • Do you have a deep concern for the future of the Jewish People?
If your answer is "yes" to any or all of these questions, Yeshivas Aish HaTorah in Jerusalem is for you. Our programs have produced hundreds of dedicated, qualified leaders, serving in positions throughout the world in Kiruv, Rabbinics, and other important Jewish leadership roles, as well as proud 'rank and file' Jews to whom commitment to Jews and Judaism is uppermost in their lives.

Get the Knowledge.

We have two related programs:

The Beis Medrash Program.

An intensive, full day of learning for young Jewish men with existing basic skills in Yeshiva learning. The program includes B'iyun and B'kiyus Gemara, advanced Chumash, Mishna, Rambam, Mussar, and Hashkafa, and a thorough Halacha component. Additionally, training in outreach theory and techniques is an innovative element available only at Aish Hatorah.

Beautiful Beis Medrash

ROLP - the Rabbinic Ordination/Leadership Program.

If your learning skills are strong, and you're ready to take the plunge into the world of Jewish leadership. The two-year program is composed of an intensive learning segment (Issur v'heter, Orach Chaim, Hashkafa, Practical Rabbinics, etc.), and a leadership segment which includes teaching, public speaking, fundraising, counselling, etc. (For men between the ages of 22-32.)

A Kollel stipend is available for married participants in either program, with an extra amount for ROLP participants.

Meet the Elite.

Our teaching staff includes some of the most esteemed names in Jewish education, including respected Poskim, noted authors, and prominent educators: Rabbis Noah Weinberg, Motty Berger, Zelig Pliskin and others.

What a View!

Feel the Excitement.

Yeshivas Aish HaTorah was founded in 1974 in the Jewish Quarter of Jerusalem, with the goal of developing new, young leadership which would impact the Jewish world. The Yeshiva has grown and expanded to where we now have programs, classrooms, and dormitories throughout the entire Jewish Quarter of the Old City and other areas of Jerusalem. Aish HaTorah's centerpiece, our new World Center and Beis Medrash, is located opposite the Western Wall.

It is from this study center, packed with creative ideas and intense learning, that programs and teachers have been developed to spread Jewish education worldwide. Aish HaTorah operates programs in over 100 cities on 5 continents, with thousands attending annually. Be a part of the future of the Jewish people. Applications are now being accepted.
