How can one attain such a positive attitude???/

Please, Aish.com, I have grown from my suffering but as it has to do with people not taking responsibility for what they have done (as in Rabbi's Twerski's piece today) and B"H there are things to enjoy in life, and I am (over)-functioning, B"H, the injustices make me down. Anyone have a suggestion????
