Torah 141 of Likutey Moharan begins with these words: "If a person MERITS to truly feel the pain of his sins..." Mrs. Palatnik's video helped me better understand perhaps what that means.
Physical pain, emotional pain, spiritual pain, it all propels us to realize there is something very wrong and to work on healing ourselves and/or our relationships. In the case of feeling the pain of our sins, to work on repairing our relationship with Hashem!
