Great talk
I listed to 4 Daily Meditations twice so far. It makes sense. Number 1, Today is the only day. Do not procrastinate. If there is some you have to do, do it and it's over. Go on to the next thing. Tomorrow is another day, but when it arrives, surprise, it is today.
