The Author Responds
Sagi (#5), I have the same problem! So many times I find myself mid-shwarma with greasy fingers, indigestion, and wondering where it all went. Self-control is the obvious solution – but easier said than done – so what I do is focus on the first bite. If I get more great, but at least make the first bite a good one. If you can delay that is even better, build up anticipation and get pumped for it. If nothing else works, rub a little on your face so you can think about it later.

Let's go out for a shwarma!
Tzvi I confess. One of my biggest weaknesses in life is shwarma (which also happens to be my favorite rosh chodesh feast). It's simply my favorite food and thus becomes an almost impossible task for me to eat it slowly as you described in the video. Perhaps we could go out for a shwarma together sometime and you can offer me some personal guidance. BTW - I have serveral friends that are experiencing similar shwarma stipulations. Please help!!!
