Following the advice in this video could be dangerous.

Chazal teach us that "Hadoche es hasha'a, hasha'a nidachaso," literally - If you try to do something when it's not the 'right time' [predetermined by Hashem] you WILL get hurt! Just like it happened to the half of shevet Ephraim who left Egypt 30 years too early and ended up being slaughtered by the Plishtim. The only reason the Yam Suf split when it did was because it was THE time when Hashem predetermined that it should do so.
Same thing happened to the "mapilim" who finally decided that they want to go into Eretz Yisroel, but it was no longer the right time to go; Hashem was no longer "on board" and they ended up being hurt.
The lesson here is "If you plan to take a risk by doing something crazy, make sure you take your risks wisely; make sure that what you are doing is what Hashem would want you to do."
We do what we can - we daven and we do our part. But don't expect miracles - you never know, one might happen - but expecting a miracle can lead to a severe disappointment...
So, while the video is great and very inspirational, it's message needs to be taken with other messages of Chazal as a counterweight. A Torah-true life is not based on cherry-picked ideas and ma'amarei Chazal that sound good, rather, it should be based on the complete understanding and a careful balance of all ma'aamarei Chazal!
