Not always so simple
I would hope no one would think that positive thinking alone can cure everything. Some people need medical- psychiatric assistance. I have been on medication for depression due in part to a stroke. If you're unhappy, by all means, pray, look for answers, etc. but realize that sometimes G-d sends help thru medicine, etc.

What a blessing!
Rabbi Pliskin's ideas concerning how to change how we think during stressful situations is SO encouraging! What a blessing, to be reminded to pray right away, then read and seek suggestions and solutions, and meanwhile patiently keep the focus on how G-d can bring forth the good of EVERY situation! I appreciate this reminder very much

I love Reb Zelig!
Just what I needed to hear following surgery on my shoulder.
