I totally agree. Having lived in the Third World for 17 years, I know that my volunteer work is important, necessary and fulfilling ... to ME ... as well as to the povery-stricken people whom I help.

I agree one hundred per cent with thisw mini talk..them more you focus on helping others, you will, therefore inadvertantly help yourself and open the pathway to experience joy.

I agree one hundred percent . You put the focus ourside of yourself and you begin to feel better already. This then leads you on the path to joy and more peace.
