Thank you Rabbi Pliskin for an important message today. The person who says "I am not patient" won't be patient. He is already telling his brain how to react by not having patience. .
You are so right about joy and being joyful. Saying "I am joyful'. Saying "this brings me such joy". Smiling at everyone you meet. Repeating the phrase "I am a positive joyful person" daily, will help you to become a positive joyful person. Thank you Rabbi for an interesting and thoughtful audio message.
