thank you so much. I really like to hear the enthusiasm/ it makes me want to do what you say. I epecially like the fact that I can say yes to good food instead of always saying no to bad food.

Thank you...I've been working on myself to eat just what Hashem would want me to eat...smaller amounts and healthy foods...this audio was g-d sent...when eating less I feel able to tackle the day with greater strength physically and emotionally...Thank you...I read many of your books...they are a special gift Thanik you once again...recommended readings...A Chapter a Day in "My Father My King"..."Conversations With Yourself "..."Building Your Self Esteem...With much gratitude...C.S.
