Putting kindnesses into your day...
I brain blurbed this not too long ago...put some kindness into your day, every day, so that you will have kindness built up in your kindness account for a rainy day. It is the kind of account that no one can break into and you don't have to check on it. Dumb, but moving.

"What's the good news?!"
A number of years ago, I read Ruchoma Shian's book, "All for the boss". I was so moved by it, that I went her home to meet her. What stands out most for me from our initial meeting was her warmth in greeting me as if I were an old friend... What I took into my life, which changed from that moment on was the first thing she said to me... "What's the good news?!" Instantly, I felt my mind and being, slip into a powerful space of gratitude...
Not only do these words tell a person to be joyful...but it takes them there!!! It guides the way!
