I love books!
I use a tape recorder for self talk and it is cathartic. A tape recorder allows me to utilize this method for my greater good. Things that I do not want to say to anyone, I can put on tape and then listen to it. I do so often and then I record over it. It does help so very much. Stating Boruch Ato Adonoi and the words Emuna, Teshuva, and others that blend all day and everyday to aid me in keeping myself in check in what I do, say, think and feel. Thank you Rabbi Pliskin for your books and now this audio file. Everything helps anyone who wants to improve their lives to do just that. Particularly during this reflective time leading to Rosh Hashana through to Yom Kippur. May we all be sealed well and good for a brand new year. Shana Tova.
