Prayer for Israeli Soldiers

He Who blessed our forefathers Abraham, Isaac and Jacob -- may He bless the fighters of the Israel Defense Forces, who stand guard over our land and the cities of our God, from the border of the Lebanon to the desert of Egypt, and from the Great Sea unto the approach of the Aravah, on the land, in the air, and on the sea.

May the Almighty cause the enemies who rise up against us to be struck down before them. May the Holy One, Blessed is He, preserve and rescue our fighters from every trouble and distress and from every plague and illness, and may He send blessing and success in their every endeavor.

May He lead our enemies under our soldiers’ sway and may He grant them salvation and crown them with victory. And may there be fulfilled for them the verse: For it is the Lord your God, Who goes with you to battle your enemies for you to save you.

Now let us respond: Amen.

I wanted to send my support to the Israeli soldiers. I hope this email gets to them. I believe what Israel is doing is right. They have been tormented by Hamas too long. I wish America would join them in gaining control over these terrorists. Gaza was given as a peaceful gesture, but only violence is returned. As a indian christian and member of Christians United For Israel, regularly praying for Israel's protection and particulary the soldiers in gaza(land,air and naval forces). May the God of Abraham,Isaac and Jacob send His angels to guard Israel and her brave men and women (the army of God) from enemiy's attack. Printed phamphlets are being circulated in our local churches for special prayer. Local christian TV channel is continuously telecasting the special prayer request for Israel. Whatever happens, God is in control of everything. Israel is under the wings of the Almighty. No weapons formed against Israel will prosper. God Himself is the Shield of Israel. Shalom

Sacrifices

Iam not a believer, at least not in a religeous way. I was born in Argentina and moved to Israel. For reasons they don't come to this story I'm back in Buenos Aires but my hart, my mind and soul are in Israel. Attached to the israeli radio and reading every story related to the fate of our soldiers and citizens of Israel. I have a question since our people have had to pass so many tests to probe our loyalty to God, how many more will be enough? Have did we not suffered and being tested enough so far? Respect and honor

I have the utmost respect and honor for the IDF, I am a member of the US Armed Forces, Army, BCT(Brigade Combat Team) I love watching the IDF on the news. If our government would ask us to serve beside you I would do it with honor and be proud of it.
